This helps them calm intense emotions, feel more grounded in the moment, + understand how they react to stress.

Stretch, dance, MOVE

Let's Dance!

Stretching, mat work, + a little dance to release stress, this keeps things light + fun.

Each session helps teens reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels natural, judgment-free, + freeing.
